Tiger and His Apology

Okay, I am the first to admit that I am no Tiger Woods fan. Never have been, and probably never will be. However, this whole issue with did he or didn't he - who cares? What does that have to do with his job - playing golf?

Everyone is in such an uproar about his affairs and this and that. He has not done anything that a lot of men in American have done and are doing right now (they were probably doing it while they were with their jump off). His only fault is, he is a multimillionaire in the public eye. Would people give a flip if his name was Roger Woods? No? Because Roger Woods is doing the same thing Tiger has done, only thing is Roger has the priviledge of no one knowing or caring.

Does Tiger owe the public an apology? Hell no, the only person he owes an apology to is his FAMILY. He doesn't owe me jack.

There are those that talk about him being a role model. I think Charles Barkley said it best years ago.... these sports figures do not need to be a kid's role model. Their role model should be their fathers, mothers and other people in their community because at the end of the day, these sports figures, actors, actresses are human and what? Humans make mistakes, no one is perfect.

We all stumble, some stumble more than other, but it is not why you stumbled but what you learned from it?
